| PARTIAL ORDERS: | If a partial order ships, we will charge the shipping that pertains to that part of the order, and charge the remaining shipping amount at the time of completing your order. Figure Skater's Resurce/'Skate-Mart' will carry backorders until the merchandise becomes available, unless cancelled by the customer. | ||||||
| PRICES: | Prices are in U.S. DOLLARS. Prices, colors, fabrics, styles and availability are subject to change without notice. | ||||||
| SIZING: | Be sure to take careful measurements. Sizes in skatewear are different than regular street clothing. Please carefully follow the measuring instructions in our "Sizing Charts" section, and be sure to use the correct chart for each manufacturer. | ||||||

SHIPPING & HANDLING: |
This charge is in addition to the price of the item(s) and is NOT refundable for any reason. All items are shipped by U.S. Mail or Airborne/DHL, dependant upon the weight of the package, and at our descretion, unless special shipping options are requested by the customer. Please Note: We do require signature for U.S. Orders over $200!
NEW LOWER SHIPPING CHARGES!! Shipping and Handling charges on U.S. orders are as follows: Purchases Up to $15.00 = $4.95 S/H $15.01 to $25.00 = $6.95 S/H $25.01 - $50.00 = $7.95 S/H $50.01 - $100.00 = $8.95 S/H $100.01 - $250.00 = $10.95 S/H $250.01 and Up = $12.95 S/H PLEASE NOTE: Shipping/Handling on orders of 8 or more dresses will be $30.00. Heavy items such as Skate Spinners, Skate Bags, Blade Guards, etc. ordered in large quantities, may be subject to additional Shipping/Handling charges. U.S. Shipments OVER $200 will require a signature! Sales tax for West Virginia Residents will be automatically calculated at 6% on the customer's order. Shipments to Alaska, APO, FPO, Canada, and U.S. Possessions, please add $9.00 to the shipping charges listed above, if the order amount is over $50. These orders are generally held until complete, therefore, if items are backordered, this can be anywhere from 2-6 weeks to ship, depending upon the manufacturer(s). The following shipping options are available for an ADDITIONAL, non-refundable charge, on In-stock items only, and delivery only within the U.S. The amount is dependant upon the destination and weight of the package. If you would like one of these special shipping methods, please call our Customer Service Department at 877-620-6204, so that we may check availability for you. DO NOT note this at the bottom of your order form! Airborne/DHL OVERNIGHT: Additional $20.00-$26.00. Airborne/DHL 2-DAY: Additional $12.00-$18.00. Airborne/DHL COD: Additional $12.00. (This MUST be paid with Money Order or Certified Check). SHIPPING TIME (U.S. Orders): Most In-stock orders ($60 or Over) generally SHIP within 2 business days. Smaller orders are shipped twice a week by U.S. Mail, therefore, may take 5-7 business days for processing, plus a few days for delivery. Please allow extra time during the skating season (November-April) and Christmas. Orders received on the weekend, holidays, or closures, will be processed the next operating business day. Please check with us, per email or phone, the availability of the item if it is needed for an upcoming competition or enter the 'date needed by' in the 'Special Instructions' box at the bottom of the Online Order Form. We will try to meet your needs for delivery, however, some delivery times may be beyond our control. Please keep in mind busy times for the skating season, such as spring, winter seasonal holidays, and also normal holidays throughout the year. We are not responsible for delays in manufacturing during these busy times, so please allow additional time for receipt of your garments. As always, it is best to order as early as possible and to take careful measurements for apparel. Backordered items take approximately 2-6 weeks to ship, depending on the item, the time of year, and the manufacturer. We make every attempt to deliver your item(s) within a reasonable time frame, however, from time to time, circumstances beyond our control keep us from doing this. In the event of non-delivery by a specific date, we are not responsible for non-delivery, delivery delay, or damages caused by a transportation company, weather conditions, etc. We ship from our own facilities in West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, and Ohio, as well as direct shipments from several of our manufacturers in order to offer a vast assortment of merchandise and speed delivery. |

| PAYMENT: | Charges will appear on your credit card under 'Skate-Mart International'. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Certified Checks, or Money Orders. International orders must be paid with credit card. Credit card orders are not charged until the merchandise actually ships. Please call our Customer Service Department if you would like to pay by Certified Check or Money Order, so that we may give you an accurate total. | ||||||

| INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: | International orders are shipped as they become available, at our descretion. All orders are shipped by U.S. Postal System via Parcel Post, or U.S. Express Mail. Sorry, we no longer ship internationally via UPS or DHL. Shipping and handling is determined by weight, therefore, cost will be calculated at the time the package is shipped. We are only able to quote you an approximate amount for the shipping and handling before that time. Please check with your local authorities as duty and VAT may be applicable. Figure Skater's Resource/'Skate-Mart' will not be responsible for any such charges incurred. PLEASE NOTE: Due to business rules and regulations, we are not permitted to send international packages as 'gifts' or 'samples'. We are also obligated to include a 'Packing Slip' and indicate the exact amount of merchandise enclosed in the parcel. Sorry, we do not ship to Nigeria. | ||||||
| RUSH ORDERS: | If items must be shipped directly from the manufacturer, the customer must pay the shipping costs, which may include customs charges and duties, from the factory location. If the customer's order also includes items that are being shipped from Skate-Mart's location, a separate shipping cost will also apply to those items. | ||||||
| CLUB/GROUP/TEAM ORDERS: | We welcome group, club, and team orders! Please call our Customer Service Department toll free at 877-620-6204 concerning information. Group/team orders are NOT returnable as they are made to the customer's specifications. Group/team orders cannot be cancelled once the order has gone into production. | ||||||
| WARRANTIES: | All warranties and guarantees are those of the manufacturer. We will assist you in any warranty claim that may arise. Warranties are not made by Figure Skater's Resource/Skate-Mart on any item. | ||||||
| RETURNS AND GUARANTEE: |
All items are returnable within 30 days (Christmas Items, 60 Days) of the invoice date for a charge credit, refund, or exchange, provided they are in the same condition as shipped to the customer. NO returns will be accepted after 30/60 days from the invoice date unless previously authorized.
Clothing items are only returnable provided they have not been worn, are not soiled or damaged, and all tags are attached. You will be charged $2.00 for any dress returned without the accompanying scrunchie, and $10.00 for matching gloves. Returned items showing damage or soil (rips, perspiration stains, dirt, etc.) will NOT be accepted. The item(s) WILL be returned to you, with no credit given. Apparel returned without the manufacturer's tags inside the garment will NOT be accepted under any circumstance. The item(s) WILL be returned to you, with no credit given. For sanitary purposes, all sales of tights, undergarments, briefs, 'Bunga' products, and Jerry's 'Jel Tubes' ARE FINAL. We do not charge a 'restocking fee', except on blades ($25.00). We will EXCHANGE an item for size, ONE TIME free of charge. Returns shipped 'freight collect' will not be accepted. We are not responsible for items NOT RECEIVED at our location, if the item is not sent via Insured U.S. Mail, Airborne/DHL, UPS, or FedEx. We do not refund return shipping charges.
