STORE HOURS: Normal business hours: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday, Eastern Time.
Holiday hours (Nov. 1st - Jan. 31st): 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m., Monday - Saturday, Eastern Time.

PRICES: Prices are in U.S. DOLLARS. Prices, colors, fabrics, styles and availability are subject to change without notice.
SIZING: Be sure to take careful measurements. Sizes in skatewear are different than regular street clothing. Please carefully follow the measuring instructions in our "Sizing Charts" section, and be sure to use the correct chart for each manufacturer. PLEASE NOTE: We do not charge a 'Restocking Fee', except on Size AXL dresses returned ($10.00 per dress), and 15% of the cost of the item on other AXL apparel. We will EXCHANGE an item for size, ONE TIME free of charge, however, the cost difference and Restocking Fee will still apply on AXL sizes.

& HANDLING:
This charge is in addition to the price of the item(s) and is NOT refundable for any reason. All items are shipped by U.S. Mail.

Shipping and Handling charges on U.S. orders are as follows:

Purchases Up to $15.00 = $5.95 S/H
$15.01 to $25.00 = $7.95 S/H
$25.01 - $50.00 = $8.95 S/H
$50.01 - $100.00 = $10.95 S/H
$100.01 - $250.00 = $12.95 S/H
$250.01 and Up = $14.95 S/H

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping/Handling on orders of 6 or more dresses will be $25.00. Heavy items such as Skate Spinners, Skate Bags, Tights, Blade Guards, etc. ordered in large quantities, will be subject to additional Shipping/Handling charges. If your order is beyond normal weight or size limits for us to ship them reasonably, we will notify you to verify the shipping/handling charges before we ship your order.
Sales tax for Pennsylvania Residents will be automatically calculated at 6% on the customer's order.
Shipments to Alaska, APO, FPO, and U.S. Possessions, please add $9.00 to the shipping charges listed above, if the order amount is OVER $50 (or includes a heavy item such as a skate bag). A minimal amount (usually $3.00 - $7.00) is added for items UNDER $50.00, depending on the weight. If your order is beyond normal weight or size limits for us to ship them reasonably, we will notify you to verify the shipping/handling charges before we ship your order.
The following shipping options are available for an ADDITIONAL, non-refundable charge, on In-stock items only, and delivery only within the U.S. The amount is dependant upon the destination and weight of the package. If you would like one of these special shipping methods, please email our Customer Service Department at skatemart2@skate-mart.com, so that we may check availability for you. DO NOT note this at the bottom of your order form!

USPS OVERNIGHT: Additional $30.00-$42.00 (Depends on weight and location of 'ship to' address.)
USPS PRIORITY: Additional $10.00.

SHIPPING TIME (U.S. Orders): Orders generally SHIP within 2-3 business days. Orders received on the weekend, holidays, or closures, will be processed the next operating business day.

Please check with us, per email or phone, the availability of the item if it is needed for an upcoming competition or enter the 'date needed by' in the 'Special Instructions' box at the bottom of the Online Order Form. We will try to meet your needs for delivery, however, some delivery times may be beyond our control. Please keep in mind busy times for the skating season, such as spring, winter seasonal holidays, and also normal holidays throughout the year. We are not responsible for delays in manufacturing during these busy times, so please allow additional time for receipt of your garments. As always, it is best to order as early as possible and to take careful measurements for apparel.

We make every attempt to deliver your item(s) within a reasonable time frame, however, from time to time, circumstances beyond our control keep us from doing this. In the event of non-delivery by a specific date, we are not responsible for non-delivery, delivery delay, or damages caused by a transportation company, weather conditions, etc.

We ship from our own facilities in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, and Ohio, as well as direct shipments from several of our manufacturers in order to offer a vast assortment of merchandise and speed delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: Any shipment returned to us for an insufficient or incorrect address being entered on our Online Order Form, or given by the customer (Phone orders), will be reshipped at the customer's expense, and charged appropriate Shipping/Handling charges to 'resend'. So, please review your information at the time of placing your order as well as verifying it is correct when you recieve your Order Confirmation.
PAYMENT: Charges will appear on your credit card under 'SMD Hobby'. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Certified Checks or Money Orders.Credit card orders are not charged until the merchandise actually ships. Please email Customer Service Department if you would like to pay by Certified Check or Money Order, so that we may give you an accurate total.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Sorry, we NO LONGER ship orders outside the U.S.!
CLUB/GROUP/TEAM ORDERS: We welcome group, club, and team orders! Please email our Customer Service Department at skatemart2@skate-mart.com concerning information. Group/team orders are NOT returnable as they are made to the customer's specifications. Group/team orders cannot be cancelled once the order has gone into production.
WARRANTIES: All warranties and guarantees are those of the manufacturer. We will assist you in any warranty claim that may arise. Warranties are not made by Figure Skater's Resource/Skate-Mart on any item.
RETURNS AND GUARANTEE: All items are returnable within 30 days (Christmas Items, 60 Days) of the invoice date for a charge credit, refund, or exchange, provided they are in the same condition as shipped to the customer. NO returns will be accepted after 30/60 days from the invoice date unless previously authorized.

Clothing items are only returnable provided they have not been worn, are not soiled or damaged, and all tags are attached. You will be charged $2.00 for any dress returned without the accompanying scrunchie, and $10.00 if the matching gloves not not returned. Returned items showing damage or soil (rips, perspiration stains, dirt, etc.) will NOT be accepted. The item(s) WILL be returned to you, with no credit given. Apparel returned without the manufacturer's tags inside the garment will NOT be accepted under any circumstance. The item(s) WILL be returned to you, with no credit given. For sanitary purposes, all sales of tights, undergarments, briefs, 'Bunga' products, and Jerry's 'Jel Tubes' ARE FINAL.

We do not charge a 'restocking fee', except on blades ($25.00/per Pair), dresses ordered in Size AXL ($10.00/per dress), and other Size AXL apparel (15% of the cost of the item). We will EXCHANGE an item for size, ONE TIME free of charge (if exchanging an AXL, the cost difference and Restocking Fee WILL apply in the event of an exchange for another size). Returns shipped 'freight collect' will not be accepted. We are not responsible for items NOT RECEIVED at our location, if the item is not sent via Insured U.S. Mail, Airborne/DHL, UPS, or FedEx. We do not refund return shipping charges, unless it is OUR fault.

Items being returned should be shipped by Airborne/DHL, FedEx, UPS or Insured U.S. Mail. Please include a copy of your Packing Slip, along with the reason for return.
